DISA manufactures shot blasting machines for continuous inline descaling or batch type (coil) shot blasting machines for the iron and steel industry.

This type machine is suitable for treating steel wire,rod and bar of various diameters.The in line blast machines are designed for descaling wire rods, bars, or Billets at throughput speeds up to (60 meters/min.).

The abrasive is propelled by centrifugal turbines. The number of wheels of each machine depends on the size of the rod to be blasted and/or rod speed.
